Aging & Caring: A Guide for Families and Caregivers is designed to assist those caring for an older adult. Caregivers can include spouses, adult children, family members, neighbors and friends. This guide provides the framework for helping caregivers understand a variety of issues while planning for and with an older adult. Our hope is that you’ll find this information useful as you navigate the caregiving journey.

Thank you for your support of the Council on Aging of Middle Tennessee’s Give65 campaign supporting a partnership with home delivered meal providers to give COA’s Directory of Services and scam prevention brochures to homebound and isolated seniors. 
We are very grateful for the 87 donors who donated a total of $6,840 which qualified COA to receive an additional $5,000 matching gift!
